Tickets are limited for Citi VIP section and are redeemed on a first-come, first-served basis. We do maintain a wait list for tickets to each performance.

Do I need to be a Citi credit card or Citibank Debit Card customer to redeem passes or get access to events?

While anyone can view the Citi Entertainment website, you must use a Citi credit card which displays the Visa or Mastercard logo or a Citibank Debit Card which displays the Mastercard logo to access offers. In most instances, the Citi credit card or Citibank Debit Card account number will be verified during the redemption process.

How much does it cost to attend a Citi Concert Series performance?

All Citi Concert Series performances are complimentary.

What does a Citi VIP Ticket include?

Exclusive access to watch the performance from the Citi VIP area on the Plaza.

Where is check-in for a Citi cardmember VIP pass?

All check-ins for Citi VIP guests will be with the Citi team at 12 W 48th St. Rockefeller Plaza, New York, NY (48th Street between 5th and 6th Avenues). Once you enter the Plaza, there will be no re-admittance should you need to leave.
